Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and contents included.
To initiate a return, please contact us at ecdysis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at ecdysis@gmail.com.
RETURN SHIPPING
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ecdysis@gmail.com, including photos of the issue, so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at ecdysis@gmail.com, and we will assist you with the process.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
